Joshua brings a wealth of expertise in elite training, tactical operations, and executive protection to the founding team. Beginning his career as a professional fighter under Fearless Fighting, Josh developed discipline, mental toughness, and a relentless drive for excellence. During this time, he earned his purple belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, a testament to his skill and commitment to mastering close-quarters techniques. 

His pursuit of high-level training eventually led him to serve in the U.S. Navy, where he was selected for specialized programs that provided advanced operational training and prepared him for high-stakes environments.

After completing his military service, Josh transitioned into law enforcement, where he quickly made a name for himself as a dedicated and highly skilled officer. While serving with the Norfolk Police Department, he completed one of the most rigorous SWAT training programs and became a certified tactical operator. His career continued in North Carolina, where he joined the State Highway Patrol and earned the rank of senior state trooper. In both roles, he gained invaluable experience in public safety, crisis management, and leadership, further solidifying his reputation as a trusted professional in the field.

Following his law enforcement career, Josh expanded into executive protection, working with specialized teams to safeguard high-profile clients. He also supported overseas security efforts on a State Department contract, gaining insight into international protective operations and the complexities of working in high-risk environments. 

Combining his diverse background in combat sports, military training, law enforcement, and protective services, Josh co-founded Tripoint Protection Group to deliver cutting-edge security solutions. His leadership and commitment to excellence continue to drive the company’s mission to protect government officials, celebrities, and high-net-worth individuals with unmatched expertise and professionalism.

Thomas has gained and applied increasing levels of experience in the security industry for 20+ years. He continues his work as a Security Consultant for foreign agencies and companies. As a Special Agent for the FBI, he focused on detailed investigations, interviews, testimony, and operations. He started in the US Army as a part of a unit deployed twice to combat zones and learned the foundations of leadership before leading a squad through austere environments. 

After he left the military, he continued his education and moved into a leadership role as Security Manager for a luxury hospitality company where he conducted internal investigations, built, and trained teams, managed department budgeting, employee, and client safety, and was responsible for rapid incident response and resolution. He continued his work in corporate security as a Regional Security Manager for a real estate/tech firm where he implemented security system integration, security planning and construction, and multi-location and team management.

He holds a MSc in Global Security and a BS in Criminal justice & Criminology, he applies the processes of security planning, implementation, and execution diligently. Tom’s approach to security starts with a focus on clients and assets, quality of work is his top priority. Regarding strategy, he is a strong believer in developing leadership skills and empowering people to take ownership of their processes. He is detail-oriented and knows how to conduct careful research before initiating changes. He believes effective communication and forward thinking is key to leadership and strives to create a positive and motivating environment that is up to date with leading industry practices.

Daniel is a seasoned security professional with a distinguished career operating in high-risk, mission-critical environments. He is known for delivering top-tier security solutions tailored to diverse client needs, grounded in years of operational experience, advanced training, and an unwavering commitment to safety and professionalism.

Dan began his career as a United States Marine Corps infantryman, serving in combat operations where he developed leadership, tactical precision, and the ability to perform under extreme pressure. Following his military service, he continued his public safety career as a law enforcement officer and SWAT team member, gaining extensive experience in tactical operations, critical incident response, and threat mitigation. During this time, he also served as a firearms and tactics instructor, training both law enforcement personnel and civilians in weapons handling and defensive tactics.
 

He later served as a contracted protective security specialist supporting both the Department of Defense (DoD) and the Global Response Staff (GRS), a specialized security element within the U.S. intelligence community. In these roles, he supported mission-critical operations at sensitive sites in high-threat environments, ensuring the security and continuity of U.S. interests abroad. This experience sharpened his ability to operate in austere conditions and address evolving security challenges at both the tactical and strategic levels.

In addition to his security background, Dan is a certified firefighter/EMT, arson investigator technician, and public safety rescue diver, bringing specialized expertise in emergency response, technical rescue, and investigative operations. This broad skill set enables him to manage a wide range of protective and investigative missions with precision and confidence.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in Interdisciplinary Studies, integrating cross-disciplinary knowledge to enhance decision-making and client service. His comprehensive understanding of protection, investigation, and emergency management allows him to deliver tailored, effective solutions across diverse operational environments.
